Updated & spacious 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 7 with a great view of the mountain. Private garage plus 1 additional space of parking. Space for skis, snowboards, and mountain bikes! The open floor-plan connects a newly renovated Chef's Kitchen to a large dining table and spacious living room with fireplace. The new wood floors feel warm and inviting. The Primary Bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony. The 2 remaining rooms can host another couple and kids. Inside washer and dryer!
Good to know
Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. Entry: Entryway has closet for storage, shelf for personal belongings, and a large bench putting or taking off shoes. Garage: 1 car garage to store your skis, bikes and other personal belongings. An especially great perk in the winter, the garage has a door code panel on the outside for easy entrance. Kitchen: Newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped! It has: refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, island oven and stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and pantry for food. Pots, pans, cooking utensils and spices are provided. Dining: Large dining room table seats 6-8 comfortably. Island bar also seats 3. Living room: Cozy couches, chairs, and blankets. Smart TV, books, and board games available! There is a wood burning fireplace with wood & fire starter provided (while supplies last... should last through season but not guaranteed). Please note: Bring your own logins for the smart TV. Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed, private balcony and bathroom, and 2 closets for storage in addition to a dresser. 2nd Bedroom: Twin sized bunkbed with closet and dresser and nightstand. 3rd Bedroom: Queen size bed and single bunkbed on top. Closet, nightstand and dresser. Laundry: Washer, Dryer, and cabinet storage. Balcony: Large mountain view balcony with plenty of seating.
Other Details to Note
Fireplace available during Ski Season only. Guests must clean the fireplace before they check out. Embers must be cool to prevent dumpster fires. If available, can be booked together with our 1BR 1BA downstairs if you need more room! A total of 4BR 3BA in the same building! Host owns both units. Highway 135 connects Crested Butte to Gunnison in half hour drive. There is a mix of paid and free parking around Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte. See our guide upon booking for more info! Walking and Biking are Trails widely available. Foxtrot Bike Trail connects from Mount Crested Butte to Crested Butte.
